When Khushi graduated in April 2025 with a Biotechnology background, she expected to enter the healthcare field quickly. But like many skilled newcomers, she found herself working a retail job and applying endlessly without results. Weeks turned into months, and despite having the right academic knowledge and hands-on lab experience from India, she couldn’t break into the Canadian healthcare system.
