Before joining Infilysis, I had been trying to get into my field for more than a year. I had already applied to around 50–100 jobs but was not getting even a single interview. After working a survival job for some time, I became inconsistent and honestly was not sure anymore which mechanical or manufacturing roles I should even target. I participated in their free session, trust me I don’t think anyone will give u that clear information on ur resume for free. They showed up a clear path. Coach has shown what’s realistic and what’s the myth that we r chasing. I joined Infilysis mainly because I needed proper direction. Coach reviewed my background and suggested focusing on Production Coordinator and manufacturing operations roles instead of applying randomly to different mechanical engineering titles. The coaching process was very structured. We worked on my resume, LinkedIn, job application strategy, networking, technical knowledge and interview preparation. I was given practical material to understand production workflows, manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory, quality, Lean concepts and the actual responsibilities employers expect in these roles. The real interview questions, previous interview examples and mock preparation were especially useful. After joining, I completed around 120 targeted applications and received 2 screening calls and 1 technical interview. Every stage was reviewed properly, and I knew exactly what I needed to prepare before the interview. Finally, my first technical interview converted into my first Canadian field job offer as a Production Coordinator. I joined Infilysis on April 9 and received my offer on June 26 — 78 days. After spending more than a year without getting an interview, getting into my field within less than 3 months was a big change for me. Infilysis is not just about changing your resume. You still have to put in the effort, learn, apply consistently and follow the process. For someone from a mechanical or manufacturing background who is confused about how to enter their field in Canada, I would definitely recommend their coaching.
