Abhiuday came from a strong IT and data background, with a few years of hands-on experience. But like many skilled professionals trying to reposition themselves in Canada, he faced one big challenge, how to pivot from technical work into a business-facing tech career.

When he joined Infilysis on July 20, we started by exploring roles like Digital Marketing Coordinator to help him bridge his experience with market demand. Despite attending seven interviews, none of the outcomes clicked not because he lacked talent, but because we hadn’t yet found the right direction.

That’s when we changed strategy. Together, we realigned his focus toward Tech Sales / BDR (Business Development Representative) roles the perfect blend of his technical knowledge and communication skills. After several more interviews, his persistence paid off with an offer from SP Data Digital, marking his first major step into the tech sales ecosystem.
