Starting a career in Human Resources in a new country can be challenging, especially when trying to translate international experience into the Canadian job market. Krupa Alpesh Jethwa built her foundation in HR and operations through roles in payroll administration, recruitment coordination, and HR support. After completing her Bachelor’s in Management Studies in India, she moved to Canada to further strengthen her expertise by pursuing postgraduate studies in International Business and Human Resources Management at Sheridan College. This opportunity allowed her to step directly into a role where she now manages full-cycle recruitment and partners with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies.
