After completing his program in April 2023, Ronak spent almost two years trying to break into Canada’s construction field. Despite strong experience in estimation, quantity surveying, BOQs, and tendering, nothing was moving. He worked survival jobs, lost valuable field income, and slowly began to feel disconnected from his profession a situation many skilled newcomers silently go through.

When he joined Infilysis on April 27, 2025, we immediately redirected him toward the right path: Estimator roles, aligned with his past experience and long-term goals. Through real construction project practice, detailed take-off training, communication improvement, and technical + behavioural mock interviews, we helped him rebuild clarity and confidence step by step.

After staying consistent through every challenge, Ronak secured a Senior Lead Estimator offer at Denca Cabinets Ltd. on October 23, 2025. This was not just a job it was a return to his field, a senior-level position, and the career restart he had been trying to achieve since arriving in Canada.
