Aadil Zainulabeddin Kazi started his career in the construction industry after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Uka Tarsadia University in India. Early in his career, he worked as a Construction Estimator with Gandhi Road Builders, where he gained hands-on experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tender preparation for government-funded road infrastructure projects. His work included preparing estimates and supporting bids for projects valued at nearly $50 million, giving him a strong foundation in budgeting, project documentation, and construction planning. After moving to Canada, Aadil continued investing in his professional growth by completing postgraduate studies in Construction Management and Project Management at Canadore College, while taking on survival jobs as he navigated the Canadian job market.

Aadil joined Infilysis on May 28, 2025, determined to break into the Canadian construction industry and secure a role aligned with his engineering background. With consistent effort and the right positioning strategy, he gradually built momentum in his job search. His persistence paid off when he received an offer for a Junior Estimator position with DiGregorio Group of Companies on February 9, 2026. This opportunity not only aligns closely with his civil engineering and estimating experience but also opens doors for long-term career growth in Canada’s construction sector.
