When Chirag joined Infilysis, he was clear about one thing he didn’t want to stay stuck in a survival job anymore. With 3+ years of construction estimating experience and strong technical skills in quantity takeoffs, tender preparation, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and procurement support, he knew he had the talent… but not the direction or structure to break into the Canadian construction industry.

After consistent effort, Chirag finally received the call every newcomer waits for. On October 24, 2025, he got an offer from Spraytech for the position of Junior Estimator / Project Manager (as confirmed in his employment agreement) . His new compensation was double what he earned in his survival job, allowing him to regain stability and rebuild his professional identity in Canada.
