Breaking into the Canadian tech and sales industry is not always straightforward, especially for newcomers trying to build local experience. Janvi Kapasi began her journey with a background in IT and digital marketing, completing her BSc in IT before moving to Canada to further study Web Design and Software Development at Humber College. Early in her career, she built strong skills in business development, digital marketing, and customer engagement, working on outreach campaigns, lead generation, and marketing coordination projects. After moving to Canada, Janvi took on customer-facing roles while continuing to build her sales and marketing experience through internships and industry exposure, gradually positioning herself for opportunities in the tech sales space.

Janvi joined Infilysis on August 22, 2025, with the goal of securing a professional role that aligned with her background in sales and marketing. Through consistent effort and the right career positioning strategy, she was able to highlight her strengths in lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. Her persistence paid off when she received an offer for an Inside Sales Account Representative role with Accenture (N2S Global Workforce Solutions Ltd.) on February 10, 2026. Landing an opportunity with a globally recognized company like Accenture marked a major milestone in her journey and demonstrated how determination and the right guidance can help international graduates build successful careers in Canada’s competitive tech and sales industry.
