Vartikaben Bhavsar’s background didn’t come from traditional banking, it came from real customer-facing finance work. She had experience in credit card sales, KYC verification, claims documentation, and high-volume cash handling across retail and insurance environments. Yet, despite doing financial work every day, breaking into a top Canadian bank felt challenging, especially without direct branch experience on her resume.
